About Campus Wifi
This is the preferred wireless network for members of the KENTECH community (students, faculty, staff). It provides a fast, reliable, and encrypted connection to the KENTECH network, the Internet, and internal resources. Use your KENTECH PORTAL username and password to login. Guests can use it with a simple registration.
01. Institutional Internet
SSID : KENTECH_office
Access to the institutional Internet network is limited to business terminals of faculty members.
02. Commercial Internet
SSID : KENTECH_Public, KENTECH_guest, eduroam
Access is limited to faculty members’ personal devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), students, and visitors.
03. eduroam
SSID : eduroam
Eduroam is an abbreviation of education roaming for the international education and research community.
It is a global wireless roaming service developed, and you can use the wireless Internet of Edurom affiliated institutions through our university portal ID@kentech.ac.kr. Currently, about 15,000 educational and research institutions in 106 countries around the world are participating.
1) User: Current students/faculty
2) Instructions for use:
① Select wireless network name (SSID) eduroam
② Portal ID@kentech.ac.kr / Enter portal PW
③ Free use of wireless LAN by visiting institutions after authentication is completed
